Amazon Firestick
If you cannot load the app or are having some issues running it. Here are some things for you to try. We suggest you try each one separately, starting from the top of the list, before you retry to load your app.
1. Restart Your Device
Restart your Firestick/Fire TV to refresh performance.
2. Clear Cache and Data
Over time, cached data can slow down the Firestick or cause streaming problems.
- Go to Settings
- Select Applications
- Select Manage Installed Applications
- Choose the ‘PDC TV’ app
- Select ‘Clear Cache’ and then ‘Clear Data’
3. Uninstall and Reinstall the App
- Go to Settings
- Select Applications
- Select Manage All Installed Applications
- Choose the app and select Uninstall
- Follow on-screen instructions
- Reinstall by searching for the app under Find in the main menu, or use the Alexa/microphone button on your remote
- Select the app, then choose Get or the Shopping Cart icon to download
Note: You may need to verify your Amazon account when reinstalling apps.

Android TV

1. Restart Your Device
Restart your TV, or TV app to refresh performance.
2. Clear your app cache
Go to Settings > Apps, select the PDC app, and choose Clear Data or Clear Cache. Check for app updates in the Google Play Store.
3. Unplug your TV
Unplug the TV from the wall outlet, hold down the physical power button on the TV for 10-30 seconds to drain remaining power, wait 2 minutes, then plug it directly into the wall.
